| Unemployment Insurance The Division of Unemployment Insurance serves workers who are unemployed through no fault of their own by providing temporary income maintenance during their period of unemployment and making referrals to re-employment services. The Division also serves employers by ensuring that only those unemployed individuals meeting all eligibility criteria receive UI benefits, thereby protecting future increases in employer tax rates and the solvency of Delaware's UI Trust Fund. |

| Division of Industrial Affairs The Division of Industrial Affairs has five offices The Office of Discrimination investigates, mediates, and conciliates employment discrimination complaints in partnership with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The Office of Labor Law Enforcement administers and enforces labor standards and civil rights laws.
The Office of Occupational Safety & Health Statistics collects data on work-related injuries, illnesses and fatalities in order to promote injury prevention in the workplace. The Office of Safety And Health Consultation Service provides free comprehensive on-site consultations for small high-risk businesses to identify potential hazards, improve safety management systems, and assist in voluntary compliance with federal OSHA regulations. The Office of Workers' Compensation assists individuals in obtaining medical care and temporary disability payments when injured on the job. |

| Office of Occupational and Labor Market Information (OOLMI) OOLMI is the key source for information about labor market conditions throughout the First State. The office produces reports on the industrial and occupational structure of the labor market including supply-demand analysis and employment projections. |
