The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation's counselors and supervisors are supported by the following units within DVR's administrative offices:

Program Development and Monitoring (PDM)

PDM provides quality services and develops the resources to enable individuals with disabilities to become employed and independent.

Delaware Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DODHH)

The DODHH is a State Government office which was established on March 1, 1993, by DVR to ensure that deaf and hard of hearing citizens have equal accessibility to services and programs in Delaware.
