OFFICE OF DISCRIMINATION

The Office of Discrimination protects workers from illegal discrimination based on race, color, gender, age, disability, religion, national origin, marital status, or genetic information. The office mediates, investigates, and conciliates charges of employment discrimination in partnership with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
