This report is specifically designed for use by employers in developing their Affirmative Action Plans. Grant proposal writers, planners, economic development groups, and other data users may also find these statistics very useful. These documents contain population, labor force, and occupational information by sex and minority status.
The Occupational Employment Statistics (OES) program is a semi-annual mail survey measuring occupational employment and wage rates for hourly and salaried workers in non-farm industries.  The survey produces employment, hourly wage, and annual wage estimates for 22 major occupational groups and over 800 detailed occupations. 
 
Long-Term Projections
Projections for period 2008-2018 show anticipated trends in Delaware's occupations and industries.
