Because the Workforce Investment Board is large enough to include all the mandatory partners required by the Workforce Investment Act, most of the work is done at the Committee level and then submitted to the full Board for final approval. A review of the Board Meeting minutes since November 22, 1999 will illustrate the work that has been done.
