LEADERSHIP: WIA ensures a strong leadership role for business with a requirement of a majority of members from the Business Community. ACCESSIBILITY TO WORKERS: In response to WIA requirements for Core services, the Department of Labor, Division of Employment and Training has developed an internet based tool, www.vcnet.net, as an automated process for finding job-ready skilled workers. TRAINING: WIA requires that Occupational training reflects the needs of Delaware's labor market.
